The below pic conveys the fact that just like beauty, objectivity too lies in the eyes of the beholder. We always consider those opinions,people unbiased whose opinion more or less matches with us. If not, then we are ready with all kind of labels for them. I am not saying that people cannot be unbiased but just that, sometimes with the prejudice and the brainwashed minds of ours, we find it difficult to be objective of anything. Also, it is always difficult to be unbiased. We always have some preconceived notions about most political, social matters and more often or not, when we read something , we expect the writer to massage our egos by reiterating those opinions and if the writer takes a different path, then depending upon our stand, the labels are pasted upon the writer.
